![]() ![]() I love the simple but brilliant illustrations, too. They are very clever with humour that definitely appeals to parents, and are a delight to read. ![]() I love this book! I also love the other two in this series, Little Hoot and Little Oink. I’ve never had the kind of candy that Little Pea is forced to eat, so maybe he has a point. It’s kind of stringy, you know? I like capsicum and carrot and cauliflower a lot more than spinach. But I find it strange that he likes spinach so much. Little Pea seems to have a good time with his mummy and daddy and playing with his friends, so we have that in common. I’ve read it a couple of times but it’s not my favourite.
